G-Trading Club is a community for sharing knowledge, market analysis, and educational information about crypto assets (cryptocurrency) and related investment fields. Your access to the website or participation in G-Trading Club’s channels (including Telegram, social media, and other platforms) means that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the content below.
1. Nature of the content — not investment advice
All content published by G-Trading Club — including but not limited to analysis, market commentary, trading scenarios, trade recaps, videos, educational materials, and other reference content — is intended solely for educational, reference, and informational purposes.
This content does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; is not an offer to buy or sell any asset; and is not a personalized recommendation for anyone. Every investor has different financial goals, risk appetite, and circumstances. Before making any decision, you should do your own research (DYOR — Do Your Own Research) and consult professionals with appropriate expertise and licenses.
2. Not a crypto asset service provider
G-Trading Club is not a crypto asset service provider licensed under Vietnamese law and does not carry out any of the following activities:
Organizing trading markets, brokerage, proprietary trading, custody, or issuance of crypto assets.
Accepting investment mandates, managing assets, or trading on behalf of anyone.
Requiring members to transfer money or assets to any individual or organization in order to invest or trade on their behalf.
Becoming a member of the community is completely free. G-Trading Club does not charge membership fees in any form — all content, community groups, and support activities are free. We will never ask you to make payments, deposit money, or transfer assets to G-Trading Club or to anyone acting in the name of G-Trading Club. We will never proactively message anyone first. Any request for payment made in the name of G-Trading Club is fraud and impersonation.
If any individual or organization claims to be a representative of G-Trading Club in order to receive your money or assets, this is impersonation — please contact us immediately through official channels to verify.
3. Compliance with Vietnamese law on crypto assets
The crypto asset market in Vietnam is being implemented on a pilot basis under Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP and its guiding documents, including Decree 284/2026/NĐ-CP on administrative penalties (effective from 01/09/2026). Under this legal framework, domestic investors are obligated to trade crypto assets through organizations licensed by the Ministry of Finance, and income from the transfer of crypto assets is subject to tax under the regulations.
You are fully responsible for:
Researching and complying with the current legal regulations applicable to you, including regulations on legal trading channels and tax obligations.
Verifying the legal status and licensing of any platform, product, or service before using it.
G-Trading Club’s content is not intended to encourage, instruct, or support any unlawful conduct, including evading tax obligations or trading regulations. The legal framework may continue to change; content published at one point in time may no longer reflect the latest regulations.
4. Risks of participating in the crypto market
Crypto assets are highly volatile and carry many risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, technology risk, legal risk, and the risk of losing all capital. The value of assets can rise or fall sharply in a very short time.
In particular, margin trading and futures contracts using leverage can cause you to lose part or all of your capital in a very short time — even much faster than ordinary trading.
Please take responsibility for educating yourself on capital management and risk management methods when investing. Every decision to invest, trade, or use crypto-related products and services is made at your own discretion and at your own responsibility. G-Trading Club is not responsible for any losses or any financial or legal consequences arising from your decisions.
5. No guarantee of results
No trading method has an absolute win rate or guarantees profits. Every trading scenario may succeed or fail depending on market developments and each individual’s risk management.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. G-Trading Club does not commit to, promise, or guarantee any level of profit from the information shared by our community.
6. Trading results and community sharing
G-Trading Club may share the results of executing trading scenarios, profit (PnL) images, member feedback, or trade recaps. This content:
Is illustrative only of how the method is applied, reflects the experience of some individuals at a certain point in time, and is not representative of the results of all participants.
Is shared with the consent of the people involved and with personal information anonymized where necessary.
Includes both winning and losing trades when publishing group recaps; we do not edit them to show only favorable results.
Each individual’s results depend on entry timing, capital management, adherence to the plan, trading costs, and market conditions. Do not treat the shared results as a commitment or a prediction of profit.
7. Accuracy of information
We strive to provide accurate and useful content at the time of publication; however, we do not guarantee that all information is always complete, accurate, or still relevant over time. The crypto market and legal framework change quickly; some content may become outdated. G-Trading Club is not responsible for damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on our website and channels.
8. Conflict of interest disclosure
The G-Trading Club team or its members may hold assets mentioned in the analysis. Mentioning an asset does not mean requiring any user to buy or sell that asset. We always try to present objective and transparent analysis, based on our personal judgment as market analysts.
9. Advertising content and referral links
All content that is advertising, sponsored, or a commercial partnership will be clearly labeled in accordance with the Advertising Law.
Some links may be referral (affiliate) links. If you register or use a service through these links, G-Trading Club may receive a commission from the partner at no additional cost to you. Commissions (if any) help support the community’s operating costs and do not affect the independence of the analytical content.
The presence of a link does not mean that G-Trading Club endorses that platform or service, and it does not replace your obligation to verify the legal status of the platform yourself before using it (see Section 3).
10. Third-party content and services
G-Trading Club’s website and channels may contain links to third-party platforms, products, or services for reference purposes. Comments, opinions, or views posted by members are the personal opinions of the poster and do not necessarily reflect the views of G-Trading Club. We reserve the right to edit or delete content that violates community rules, shows signs of fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized advertising, or that is misleading.
12. Intended audience
G-Trading Club’s content is intended for people aged 18 and over. The content is not directed at any individual in jurisdictions where accessing this content is unlawful under local law.
13. Right to update content
G-Trading Club reserves the right to edit, update, supplement, or delete any content (including this document itself) at any time without prior notice, in order to reflect market developments, legal changes, or the community’s development direction. The latest version posted on the website is the version in effect.
